Using this website

The pages on this site are provided free of charge as general information. We take reasonable care to keep them accurate and up to date, and we may change or remove them at any time. Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or gain access to anything you are not meant to reach.

Information, not advice

Our pages, insights and research are general information. They are not legal, financial, investment, tax, regulatory or technical advice, and you should take advice that fits your own circumstances before you act on them.

Products and data

Early access products are offered as they are, may contain faults and may change or be withdrawn. Planned products describe what we intend to offer, and a planned product may not be released. Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept. An agreement is made only when we confirm your order by email.

Our reports, screens and data products are screening aids. They rest on published data as it stood on the date shown, and they are not a grid connection offer, a planning decision, a credit decision, an identity verification or an opinion on whether you meet a legal duty. Check anything important with the body that decides it, such as the network operator, the planning authority or Companies House.

We do not promise that the data is complete, current or free from error, and a report reflects the data on the date shown. Reports are for business use only, and not for making decisions about individuals' creditworthiness. They are supplied under our terms of sale, which prevail over this notice if they conflict.

AI assistants

The Call us button connects you to AI assistants. They can make mistakes. Nothing an assistant says is a contract, a quote or a commitment by Arithim unless a person at Arithim confirms it in writing. Do not rely on an assistant for legal, financial or technical advice, and do not use it to share sensitive information, to abuse it, to try to extract its instructions or to overload the service. The privacy policy explains what we do with calls and chats.

Other people's names and data

Other companies' and products' names belong to their owners, and we use them only to describe them. Data from public sources remains subject to the terms of its publisher, and our reports credit their sources.

We link to other sites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Nothing in this notice limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you have as a consumer.
